GWL Realty Advisors is seeking a Building Operator in Mississauga to manage day-to-day operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of building systems, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a professional tenant experience.

You will handle HVAC, BAS, life-safety systems, coordinate with contractors, and support capital projects while providing outstanding tenant relations and service. This role requires attention to safety and reliability in a commercial office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial building operations.
• Experience with HVAC, BAS, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional tenant and customer service in a commercial office environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, and life safety systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical/electrical rooms and common areas.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform repairs to maintain reliability and comfort.
• Respond to service requests, deficiencies, and emergencies promptly.
• Complete preventive maintenance and maintain detailed records.
