Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Canada is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to promote client initiatives and build relationships in the recruitment process. Ideal candidates will have fluency in both French and English, 5-8 years of extensive IT sourcing experience, and a strong understanding of diversity recruitment concepts. Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in IT sourcing.
Ability to understand job descriptions and industry knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS Diploma or equivalent acceptable.
