In this hybrid role, you will lead end-to-end deals, engage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with recruitment partners and project teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client goals.

You will be the primary driver of growth within a dedicated territory of federal government accounts. Your focus will be on being a "Trusted Advisor" by delivering our full suite of workforce and digital solutions.
We are looking for a professional who understands the nuances of both the IT staffing industry and the professional services landscape.
Randstad Digital operates in a hybrid work model in areas where we have offices. There should be no expectations that this is a full time remote role, even in areas where we have no offices at the time of hire. You are expected to comply with our hybrid work policy and guidelines.
