Saskatchewan Cancer Agency is seeking a part-time RN to deliver high-quality holistic oncology care in the Systemic Therapy & Outpatient Services area of Regina. You will be involved in assessment, treatment coordination, teaching, counselling, and follow-up across the patient journey.

The role requires RN licensure in Saskatchewan, with BLS-C and ideally Oncology Nursing Certification. CRNS registration is mandatory, and a strong emphasis on confidentiality and culturally safe care is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or nursing diploma with CRNS licensure.
• BLS-C certification; oncology nursing certification is an asset.
• Licensed with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS).

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality holistic nursing care to oncology patients throughout the cancer care continuum.
• Assess, intervene, coordinate treatment, and follow up with patients and families.
• Teach, counsel, and support patients, with attention to documentation and confidentiality.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures, including IV starts as needed.
• Maintain competency in computer systems and adhere to culturally safe care, especially for First Nations and Métis patients.
