Job summary

Carecor Health Services Ltd. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Regina, Saskatchewan.

The casual schedule offers flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care under professional standards. The RN will assess, plans, implements, and evaluates care, collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, administers medications, documents care, and educates patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
  • Current and unrestricted registration in good standing with the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification; additional certifications may be required depending on the assignment.
  • Recent experience in acute care, long-term care, community health, rehabilitation, or other clinical settings is considered an asset.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and care planning skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient-centered care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Proficient in medication administration, clinical procedures, patient monitoring, and electronic documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong commitment to professional nursing standards, patient safety, and quality care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and healthcare settings as required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards, organizational policies, and individualized care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient-centered care plans to support optimal health outcomes.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed.
  • Perform clinical procedures and coordinate care with physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that supports patients' physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $48.50 - $53.00

Carecor is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare team. Reporting to the Nursing Unit Manager or Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with professional nursing standards, organizational policies, and the philosophy of care. As a vital member of the healthcare team, the RN is accountable for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive nursing care to support optimal patient outcomes. Through collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members, the RN promotes a safe, respectful, and supportive environment that fosters physical, emotional, and social well‑being.
