Autism Services is seeking a property manager to oversee rental operations across properties in Canada. You will supervise rental agents and building superintendents, and ensure lease terms are met for each property.

The role includes coordinating repairs and renovations, compiling operating expense and income records, and preparing financial reports for property owners. A valid driver’s licence is required; work may occur during evenings or daytime shifts, and the job is on the road.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents
• Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
• Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
• Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation
• Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
• Prepare expense and income reports
