Job summary

LyvWell Apartments in New Westminster, BC, is seeking a Property Manager to supervise daily ops of an apartment community, including leasing, maintenance, and administration. You will lead on-site staff and ensure outstanding resident service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor contracts, regulatory compliance, marketing coordination, move-ins/outs, and reporting to Regional Manager. This is an on-site role requiring a High School Diploma or higher and 3–4 years of supervisory property

Qualifications

• Valid supervisory experience in property management (3–4 years).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate or associate degree in General Studies preferred.
• Certifications ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Fair housing laws and Microsoft Office.
• Leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of an apartment community.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, and maintenance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with Corporate Office and property staff.
• On-site operations only; no remote work.
