Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Comfortable using CRM and office software.
• Strong organization and follow‑up skills.
• Able to work full‑time on‑site in Burnaby, BC.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up with new sales leads.
• Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, designers, and homeowners.
• Assist with quotations, customer follow-up, and closing sales opportunities.
• Manage leads and opportunities using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Support Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and email marketing.
• Create and schedule social media content and promotional posts.
• Assist with basic Meta advertising campaigns.
• Make basic updates to our WordPress website.
• Use AI tools for lead generation, company research, outreach, content creation, and daily productivity.
