• Prior administrative experience is required.
• High School diploma or Office Administration Certificate.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and file all service order documentation and maintain accurate billing and invoice data for multiple customers.
• Review work order requests for required information, create work orders, prepare folders and inform personnel of the order number.
• Collect data and documentation from customers, field supervisors and branches to ensure proper billing and documentation.
