Job summary

The role requires a Journeyperson in Parts, 3+ years of materials or equipment handling, and strong communication with stakeholders. On-site, 14 days on/off shifts, with a base hourly wage of CAD 34.59–39.46.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson, Parts required for on-site roles.
• 3+ years of experience in materials or equipment handling.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage parts inventory, including dispensing, receiving, inspecting, sorting, cataloguing, and handling stock.
• Provide accurate parts, pricing, and availability information to internal and external customers.
• Source alternative parts when OEM parts are unavailable and follow up on back orders.
• Complete invoicing, purchase-order, and work-order data entry accurately.
• Coordinate shipping instructions and support warehouse activities.
• Process CORE returns and keep price lists and catalogues current.
• Support apprentice training and help resolve customer inventory issues in a timely, cooperative manner.
