Job summary

You will help develop, assemble, and validate manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and fixtures, and support trials, quality tests, and troubleshooting to enable safe, efficient production. Qualifications

• Diploma in Industrial Automation, Mechanical or Electronic Engineering Technology.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with motion control systems and servo drives.
• Experience with PLCs and electronics troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, MS Office skills, and safety mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with test plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling with Manufacturing Engineers.
• Troubleshoot process, material, and equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct manufacturing trials and quality tests with documented results.
• Implement process improvements for safety, quality, and efficiency; support Lean, 5S.
