Job summary

Rockwell Automation, Inc. is seeking a Prototype Assembler Level 3 in Cambridge, Ontario, to support development and pre-production wiring and testing. You’ll work from schematics, BOMs, and instructions with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to Lean and safety initiatives.

The role is full‑time onsite, reporting to the production supervisor. The team emphasizes quality, training, and continuous improvement, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requires 2 years related experience and a high school credential.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings and BOMs.
• Comfort with using SAP, FTPC and Kronos for data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire products using drawings and material lists.
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest design or process improvements.
• Record work order activities and quality data in FTPC.
• Follow safe manufacturing procedures and 5S standards.
• Support multi-role operations and train teammates.
• Participate in Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to improve safety and productivity.
