Job summary

Soucy Group in Drummondville is seeking a prototyper to contribute to the manufacture and improvement of equipment unique in the world, within a collaborative team where every voice counts.

You will diagnose, modify, assemble prototypes, support engineering on new equipment, and lead complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical assemblies, with tests and start-ups, while keeping a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities

• Establish diagnoses, suggest corrective measures, and make modifications
• Manufacture and assemble equipment, jigs, inspection gauges, and prototypes
• Support engineering in the development of new equipment and propose solutions
• Be the expert in complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical assemblies
• Perform tests, trials, and equipment start-ups
• Keep your workspace clean and safe
