Job summary

Desjardins Group is seeking a member/client service advisor—sales to help solicit and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients. You will provide customer service and help sell specialized products and services through multiple channels based on client needs and your unit’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish advisory relationships by identifying needs and supporting client retention.
• Advise members and clients on specialized products and services to ensure satisfaction.
• Review client needs and compile and analyze data.
• Handle requests and follow up as needed.
• Assist members and clients, listen to their needs and propose personalized solutions.
• Identify unit operational risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on standards, products and services in the field.
