Job summary

Desjardins is hiring an Advisory Agent, Member and Client Experience on-site in Quebec. You will help members and clients feel welcome, listen to their needs, and provide guidance on banking transactions and digital tools.

You will promote Desjardins products and services and offer personalized solutions while maintaining compliance and security standards. You will also identify opportunities for business development and refer clients to colleagues with specialized needs, acting as an ambassador

Qualifications

• High school diploma or related field
• Minimum of two years' relevant experience
• Other combinations of qualifications may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services for members and Desjardins distribution networks
• Ability to enter data in systems
• Knowledge of security measures, legal frameworks and internal controls
• Understanding of financial services cooperatives philosophy and fundamentals
• Knowledge of operating procedures related to convenience products and transactions
• Awareness of service standards and customer expectations

Responsibilities

• Support members and clients by informing them about tech tools and apps for self-transactions
• Contribute to business development and maintain relationships through service delivery
• Assist members and clients who encounter fraud or irregularities and refer to partners
• Stay updated on latest standards, products and services
• Adhere to compliance, security and risk management rules
