Job summary

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an On-Site Leasing Administrator to support leasing and resident retention at a designated residential building. You will conduct property tours, assist with applications and leasing documentation, and help maintain occupancy.

You will manage renewal outreach, communicate with residents, and identify opportunities to retain tenants who may be considering moving, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver strong resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in residential leasing, property management, or related fields.
• Experience with lease renewals, resident retention, or customer retention is a strong asset.
• Proficient with property management software such as Yardi is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to rental inquiries and schedule property tours.
• Conduct professional tours of available suites and building amenities.
• Maintain records of inquiries, tours, applications, follow-ups and leasing activity.
• Support renewal outreach and follow-up to secure lease renewals.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams.
