Job summary

MoveSmart Rentals is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own the owner experience throughout the leasing process. You will be the primary contact, ensuring a seamless, white-glove client experience and keeping files moving from start to finish.

You will drive execution across the workflow, provide proactive updates to owners, and maintain meticulous CRM records. The role requires calm, organized handling of multiple clients and timely communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of account management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients/files with consistent follow-up
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling client issues
• High process discipline and comfort with structured CRM workflows
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize fast in a high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Be the owner’s main contact during leasing and deliver a white-glove client experience
• Drive execution across the workflow: confirm readiness, gather missing info, coordinate next steps
• Provide proactive updates so owners know what’s happening and what comes next
• Manage time-sensitive items with urgency and strong communication
• Ensure documentation is collected and tracked according to company process
• Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tasks, follow-ups, and stage movement
• Escalate issues early to protect client satisfaction with sound judgment
