• Strong leasing, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to conduct property tours and close qualified prospects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct property tours and follow up with prospects throughout the leasing process.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and required documents.
• Coordinate renewal outreach and tenant retention activities.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, tours, applications, and leases.
• Support rental advertising and ensure unit availability is current.
• Collaborate with internal teams to screen applicants and prepare leases.
