Job summary

BGIS SCS is seeking an On-site Supervisor to support operations across client sites in Brampton, Canada. Under the Regional Manager - Operations, you will supervise the facilities team, ensure a high level of service, and maintain daily site operations.

The role requires 2+ years in cleaning/service, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication in English. You will coordinate schedules, respond to emergencies, monitor safety and cleanliness, and train staff as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a cleaning/service-related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning/Operations team to ensure high service levels.
• Maintain staff schedules and arrange coverage on short notice.
• Respond to emergencies and operational requests promptly.
• Monitor safety, security, and cleanliness standards at sites.
• Train cleaners and enforce BGIS SCS policies.
• Coordinate with operations managers and protect client assets.
