BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions in Canada is seeking an Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee on-site cleaning teams, ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate staff, respond to emergencies, and maintain operational continuity across multiple sites.

Required are 2+ years in cleaning/service roles, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Must have 2+ years of experience in a Cleaning/Service-related field.
Fluent in written and spoken English; bilingualism a bonus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
Able to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Serve as a core member of the Operations team with duties focused on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to provide high levels of service.
Maintain staff coverage and operational continuity at job sites.
Respond to emergencies and operational requests promptly.
Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
Ensure compliance with BGIS SCS policies, quality, security and safety mandates.
Review site evaluations and quality inspections to resolve deficiencies.
Maintain client-specific schedules and communicate with operations managers.
Protect company and client assets from misuse and damage.
