Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP in Toronto is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a contract position ending in early January 2027. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Customer and Fulfillment Services and focuses on providing exceptional support to internal and external clients via email and calls, ensuring order activation and timely fulfillment. This on-site role requires Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM at 1303 Yonge Street.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Shipping, or Call Center is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to move shipments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest support for Cineplex products and services.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
• Assist with account creation, order processing, and shipping.
• Create reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support fulfillment and retention efforts and assess processes.
