Job summary

Cineplex Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a contract through January 2027, based in Toronto. You will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, assist with account creation, order processing, shipping, and client retention across Cineplex’s services.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork. On-site hours 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, with a 30 lb lifting capacity and basic MS Office skills; bilingual English/French is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service / Shipping / Call Center is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs to move shipments.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest support for Cineplex products and services via inbound/outbound calls and email.
• Assist with account creation, order processing, shipping and receiving.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
