Job summary

IntelliPro Group in Burlington, Ontario seeks a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator for an on-site role within our cross-border supply chain. You will manage import from China/Vietnam to Canada and export to the U.S., ensuring compliance and accurate invoicing using Inflow Inventory.

The role requires 2–4 years in logistics/trade coordination, CBSA/USMCA knowledge, and TDG certification. On-site work Monday–Friday with strong attention to regulatory detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in logistics, trade compliance, or supply chain coordination.
• Working knowledge of CBSA processes, HS tariff classification, CUSMA/USMCA rules of origin, and Canadian import/export regulations.
• Hands-on experience filing or supporting duty drawback claims with CBSA.
• Proficiency with Inflow Inventory or a comparable inventory management system.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with regulatory documentation.
• On-site work in Burlington, Ontario, Monday through Friday.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and TDG certified.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate importation of goods from China/Vietnam to Canada with brokers and carriers for timely clearance.
• Prepare and review import/export documentation including invoices, packing lists, B/Ls, origins and CFIA permits.
• Manage export to the U.S. and occasionally international shipments per CBSA/CBP rules.
• Monitor tariff classifications and ensure accurate duties and taxes.
• Maintain records and support audits; communicate status to stakeholders.
• Generate and reconcile inventory reports; manage locations in the warehouse.
