Job summary

Proforce Personnel is seeking a bilingual logistics coordinator to oversee inbound shipments from South America to Canada, ensuring border clearance and timely delivery.

You will negotiate rates, manage multiple shipments, and maintain carrier relationships while coordinating with Sales and Production to provide ETA updates. This role requires flexibility and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or import/export coordination.
• Solid knowledge of customs documentation and cross-border processes.
• Ability to manage several shipments and priorities at the same time.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Availability outside regular office hours when needed.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.

• Provide accurate ETAs to the Sales and Production departments.
