Qualifications

7+ years in contract logistics, 3PL, warehouse, or DC environments.
5+ years of leadership in high-volume operations.
Experience managing large frontline teams (50+).
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, WMS, and material handling.
Familiarity with safety legislation and workplace safety practices.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, ISO, or GxP environments.

Responsibilities

Direct daily activities of the warehouse operation to ensure safe, efficient, and productive delivery of 3PL services.
Lead operational teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, oversee labor planning, and foster safety, quality, and customer focus.
Direct warehouse operations to meet productivity, service, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
Conduct regular operational meetings to establish goals and performance expectations.
Develop labor plans and staffing strategies for current and future needs.
Ensure execution of receiving, shipping, inventory accuracy, and material handling procedures.
