What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair major household appliances.
• Pre-diagnose appliance issues based on information provided by customers.
• Quote customers on repairs based on pre-diagnosis or service appointments.
• Create invoices for customers related to repairs and diagnoses.
• Work closely with administration to coordinate customer service needs.
• Represent Sawatzky’s with professional, friendly, and dependable service.
