Job summary

Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the Denfield Feed Mill in Denfield, Ontario. You will handle order processing and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

A strong office skills base and accuracy are essential, with a preference for post-secondary training in office admin, supply chain, or agribusiness. Agricultural background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Attained Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
• Strong computer and typing skills (Office, Excel, Word).
• Proficient and accurate with data and details.
• Ability to work with various personalities toward a common goal.
• Post-secondary in office administration, supply chain, or agribusiness preferred.
• Agricultural background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility: manage automated feeding programs and standing orders, coordinate with sales and production staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to cover customer service needs of all accounts.
• Add new customer information to files, including shipping location and special instructions.
• Record feed inventory in Aeros Live Animal Management software.
• Address customer needs and communicate with involved parties.
• Maintain invoices, batching and order history records.
• Support Feed Assure and Health & Safety programs as required.
