Job summary

A well-known staffing firm is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk for an immediate, ongoing temporary position in Winnipeg. You will support a busy finance team by processing invoices, monitoring accounts, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate must have post-secondary education in Accounting, experience in a high-volume AR environment, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced accounts receivable environment.
• Proven experience in an accounts receivable or general accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable invoices and post payments.
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and irregularities.
• Reconcile AR ledger to ensure payments are accounted for.
