Information Services Corporation is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Regina, Saskatchewan. This full-time, permanent role supports internal client account management systems and ensures accurate processing of account-related transactions within financial reporting and related systems.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, Common Registry Services, and requires a Diploma in Accounting with 1-2 years of related experience, GAAP understanding, and proficiency in Excel and accounting

Qualifikationen

• A Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent, and a minimum of 1-2 years of related accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of accounting practices, including accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, electronic payment processing, and refunds.
• General understanding of GAAP, accounting processes, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Experience with reconciliations, financial analysis, and variance reporting.

Aufgaben

• Providing operational support for customers’ inquiries, ensuring guidance and recommendation of value-added services.
• Generating and verifying management reports and client statements.
• Creating and maintaining customer deposit accounts, including recommendation and authorization of credit limits.
• Processing account payments, financial adjustments, transfers, and refunds.
• Providing confirmation of daily deposits and accounts receivable.
