Job summary

Facility Care is seeking an Experienced Snow Plow Operator to join our winter snow removal team on GTA condo sites. You will drive a pickup with a plow to clear parking lots and laneways, reporting to site dispatch as required.

We value reliability, safety, and strong equipment skills. An in-person drive test is required, with on-call availability 24/7 during snow events and a valid G license. This contract runs Nov 16, 2026 through Mar 28, 2027.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in snow removal.
• Valid G license.
• Must be available 24/7 on-call during winter season, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to report to work on time for each shift when called in.
• Physically fit for extreme winter weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic mechanical systems and routine equipment maintenance.
• Able to read site maps and follow digital dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Be on-call 24/7 and respond quickly (within 60 minutes) during snow events
• Safely operate a truck with a plow and salter
• Load your truck with salt
• Follow site maps and complete routes accurately and on time
• Perform equipment checks, fueling, and basic maintenance
• Communicate with supervisors and work as part of a team
• Follow all safety standards and wear PPE
