Job summary

ROA Inc. is hiring for the 2026/2027 winter season to support a fleet of snowplows and salters across the GTA and surrounding areas. We’re seeking DZ drivers who are safety oriented, reliable, and prepared for pre‑job orientation.

Ten vacancies, pay $25–$30 per hour with a standby fee of $350–$400 depending on the contract. Multiple locations include Durham, Peel, Mississauga, Aurora, East Gwillimbury, Stouffville, Barrie and Square One Shopping Centre.

Qualifications

• Class DZ Driver’s license is required.
• Supply Drivers Abstract and CVOR must be provided.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Experience is preferred but not required; training can be provided.
• Safety oriented and pre-job orientation is required.
• May lead to year-round employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplows/salters for winter maintenance across GTA and surrounding areas.
• Adhere to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch for locations in multiple regions.

Operating a fleet of approximately 80 snowplows/salters ROA Inc. provides winter maintenance services all over the GTA and surrounding areas. Our drivers are experienced and professional, and we are looking to increase our team!

If you’ve got a valid DZ license and a passion for work, we are looking for you!
