Job summary

Cancore Building Services Ltd in Toronto, ON, is hiring a Snow Labourer for our outdoor snow removal team. This role involves physical, high-paced labour in cold weather and requires reliability and the ability to work long hours during peak days.

You must have a minimum G2 license, be comfortable driving in snow, and be available 24/7 from November 15 through April 15. Start date November 15, 2026, with a view to advancement and competitive pay up to $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid G2 license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable driving in snow and working outdoors in cold weather.
• Available 24/7 from Nov 15 to Apr 15.

Earn Up To $30/hr + a Guaranteed Minimum Pay of at least $600 per month.

You will be working with a team of experienced and dedicated team members who will support you in a challenging yet rewarding job. Our Snow Removal Team is essential to keeping our clients properties safe.

The start date for this position is November 15, 2026

Must be:

• Physically fit
• Comfortable driving in the snow
• Experienced with outdoor and high paced labour
• Available 24/7, any time of day or night
• A "G" licensed driver
• On-call at all times, 24/7 from Nov 15 until Apr 15

• Minimum valid G2 license
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Open availability for on-call work. Snow likes to fall at night - hours may be very late or very early
• The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Physically fit - ability to lift 50lbs or more
