Job summary

Cancore Building Services Ltd is seeking a Snow Plow Driver / Loader Operator for Toronto. You will operate plow trucks and loaders to keep commercial properties open during winter, often outdoors in cold conditions.

Experience with plow-equipped trucks and loaders is preferred; strong reliability and on-call availability Nov 15–Apr 15 are required to support 24/7 snow removal operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid G license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to the yard or site.
• Open availability for on-call work Nov 15– Apr 15.
• Ability to work long hours during peak events.
• Daily equipment circle checks and report issues.
• Work safely, independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate plow truck and/or wheel loader or skid steer.
• Drive and operate equipment in snow, at night and in tight lots.
• Be available on-call Nov 15 to Apr 15.
• Assist with snow removal for commercial properties.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report damage.

Earn Up To $35/hr + a Guaranteed Minimum Pay of at least $800 per month.

• You can earn $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.

The snow season can be tough, with long hours and difficult weather, but you'll be part of an experienced, dedicated team. Our plow and loader operators are essential to keeping our clients' properties safe and open.

The start date for this position is November 15, 2026.

Must be:

• Experienced operating a plow truck and/or wheel loader or skid steer
• Comfortable driving and operating equipment in snow, at night and in tight lots
• Available 24/7 and on call from Nov 15 until Apr 15
• A \"G\" licensed driver (DZ an asset)
