Job summary

D. Crupi & Sons Limited is seeking a Snow Plow Operator to service city streets in Markham, Ontario. The role requires on-call availability 24/7 during the winter season from November 2026 to April 2027.

Must hold a valid DZ or AZ license with a clean CVOR record. Truck driving experience is required; plow experience is an asset. Flexible hours and dependability are essential for shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid DZ or AZ license with an acceptable driver’s abstract and CVOR record.
• Previous plow experience isn’t required, but is an asset.
• Previous truck driving experience is required.
• Committed and dependable, and able to work varying hours, days, nights, holidays and weekends as needed.

Compensation:

This position includes a weekly on-call rate, as well as an hourly rate for the time spent plowing ($35/hr).
