Job summary

Cancore Building Services Ltd in Toronto, ON is hiring for Snow Plow Driver / Loader Operator. This role requires operating plow trucks and wheel loaders to keep commercial properties clear during winter, with long hours in cold weather and a strong emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position offers on-call shifts, night work, and the ability to join an experienced team dedicated to keeping client sites safe and accessible throughout the snow season.

Qualifications

• Experienced operating a plow truck and/or wheel loader or skid steer.
• Comfortable driving and operating equipment in snow, at night and in tight lots.
• Available 24/7 and on call from Nov 15 until Apr 15.
• A "G" licensed driver (DZ an asset).
• Minimum valid G license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow plow trucks and loaders to clear and maintain client sites.
• Work outdoors in cold weather and long hours during winter events.
• Keep properties safe and open for clients and residents.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report damage or issues.

Earn Up To $35/hr + a Guaranteed Minimum Pay of at least $800 per month.

• You can earn $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and reliability.

The snow season can be tough, with long hours and difficult weather, but you'll be part of an experienced, dedicated team. Our plow and loader operators are essential to keeping our clients' properties safe and open.

The start date for this position is November 15, 2026.

Must be:

• Experienced operating a plow truck and/or wheel loader or skid steer
• Comfortable driving and operating equipment in snow, at night and in tight lots
• Available 24/7 and on call from Nov 15 until Apr 15
• A \"G\" licensed driver (DZ an asset)
