Job summary

Solve Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Solar Sales Consultant to cover the Okanagan region. You will meet homeowners at their residences for in-home solar consultations and conduct virtual sales appointments.

Educate customers on solar benefits and present customized proposals to help them decide on their energy future. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience required.
• Must currently live in Kelowna or surrounding Okanagan communities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home solar consultations with homeowners throughout the Okanagan.
• Run virtual appointments and present solar solutions remotely.
• Educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
• Present customized proposals and confidently navigate customer objections.
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with our appointment-setting and sales management teams.
• Continuously develop your sales skills through coaching and training.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently work toward monthly targets.
