Job summary

SkyFire Energy is a Certified B Corporation and employee-owned firm seeking a highly motivated solar sales professional for our Victoria team. The role focuses on residential solar sales (B2C) with end-to-end lifecycle responsibilities, including prospecting, design, pricing, contracts and negotiations.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in solar/technical sales, is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of solar/technical sales experience.
• Experience with industry software: Scanifly, OpenSolar, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid class 5 driver's license and excellent driving record.
• Willingness to meet in evenings/weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential solar (B2C) and engage homeowners in the Victoria region.
• Manage sales lifecycle: prospecting, discovery, design/pricing, contracts and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM and drive pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Operations and attend industry networking events.
