Job summary

Precision Well Servicing is seeking a Billings Analyst to manage invoicing for field service work. You will review daily field tickets, generate invoices, and liaise with Sales and Field personnel to ensure accurate rates and processes.

The role also collaborates with Accounts Payable to capture third-party items and handle inquiries. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in accounting or oilfield roles, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 1-2+ years' proven working experience in an accounting or oilfield role.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews daily field tickets and prepares invoices and journals.
• Investigates inconsistencies and educates Field Employees on changes.
• Submits invoices to Customers via Open Invoice, Cortex, Ariba, etc.
• Prepares credits from approval through to submission to Customers.
• Checks rate sheets and ensures entries are available for Field Employees in ETS.
• Coordinates with Accounts Payable for third-party chargeables.
• Follows month-end procedures to complete invoicing and accruals.
