Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of our Toronto office. This role is vital in ensuring the administrative efficiency, professional environment, and overall operational success of our consultancy. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for supervising office activities, coordinating administrative staff, managing office supplies and vendor relationships, and supporting senior management with scheduling and reporting tasks. You will also handle facilities management, maintain internal records, and help develop and implement administrative systems that improve workflow and productivity. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support across the organization.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in office administration or operations, preferably within a consulting or corporate setting. Strong leadership and multitasking abilities are essential, along with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in office software tools, including MS Office Suite and office management systems, is required.
