The Office Manager will perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the executive Head Office team. Duties will include managing office administrative procedures, providing general administrative support, and receptionist duties.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintain and establish office procedures
  2. Answer phone calls, communicate, and direct inquiries for efficient follow-up
  3. Greet visitors, ascertain the nature of business, and direct visitors appropriately
  4. Maintain a calm and resilient demeanor while handling customer complaints
  5. Prepare and handle mail, filing, copying, and related tasks
  6. Order office supplies
  7. Ensure operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, repairs, and inventory management
  8. Maintain tidy reception, kitchen, and boardroom areas
  9. Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, and related materials
  10. Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  11. May prepare minutes of meetings and Requests for Proposals
  12. Complete forms as requested
  13. Assist with social media monitoring
  14. Supervise and train office staff in procedures and software use
  15. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
