The responsibilities of the office manager include having sound financial judgment, outstanding communication skills, personal credibility, and dedication to creating and maintaining efficient office procedures suitable for a hybrid workplace.
You should be proficient in using complex databases, Microsoft Office, and able to meet deadlines. A commitment to the principles of the trade union movement is preferred but not required.
