A.S.K. Language Prep. College in Surrey, BC, is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily administrative operations and document handling.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation, 2–3 years of relevant experience, be dependable, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strong English communication. This is a full-time role with LMIA, offering CAD 25.00–26.00 per hour for 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Review and evaluate administrative procedures and implement improvements.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist in operating budget preparation and inventory maintenance.
  • Prepare periodic and special reports and manuals.
  • Prepare correspondence and delegate tasks to support staff.
