The successful candidate will handle budgeting support, budgeting controls, and data/report preparation while maintaining high professional standards. 37.5–44 hours weekly, $29–$30 CAD hourly, permanent, full-time position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
  • Enforce policies for records release under privacy laws.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security).
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintain inventory/budget controls.
  • Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Delegate work to office support staff.
  • Maintain and update databases.

  • The candidate shall be accountable for carrying out the administrative activities of the establishment.
  • The candidate will be in charge of enforcing policies and procedures pertaining to the release of records in the course of processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • The candidate will be in charge of supervising and coordinating office administrative procedures.
  • The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate will be in charge of establishing work priorities, as well as ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
