Qualifications

• Stay active and visible across multiple floors; this is a hands-on role.
• Comfort being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move supplies up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration, hospitality, or workplace services.

Responsibilities

• Elevate shared spaces by keeping cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready.
• Own café and coffee operations – managing inventory and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a polished, welcoming environment by keeping spaces clean and stocked.
• Ensure meeting rooms are ready with timely setups and proactive floor walkthroughs.
• Spot and solve issues through regular floor checks and coordinating cleaning or repairs.
• Be a on-the-floor resource for colleagues, offering real-time support and guidance.
• Help colleagues navigate the space and seating zones.
• Partner with teams to support day-to-day workplace needs.
• Create a welcoming presence that makes colleagues feel supported.
