• Recommend changes to policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training to junior staff as required.
• Monitor performance of operational units and suggest process improvements.
• Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
• Follow internal policies and regulatory requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
