WorldStrides, a global educational travel leader, seeks a highly organized bilingual (French/English) Office Administrator to support our Toronto office. You will be the go-to contact for day-to-day administration, vendor coordination, employee support, and workplace operations to ensure a productive and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys supporting both people and processes in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken French and English.
  • Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) required; PowerPoint is an asset.
  • Role requires full-time office presence.
  • Travel to Montreal 2–3 times per year, flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all office administration requirements for Toronto and Montreal locations.
  • Interface with building management, cleaners, and IT/suppliers on office matters.
  • Manage mail, courier, and office supplies.
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding staff.
  • Coordinate travel plans and office events as needed.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive bilingual (French/English) Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our Toronto office. This role will serve as a key point of contact for office administration, vendor coordination, employee support, and workplace operations, helping to ensure a productive and welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys supporting both people and processes in a collaborative setting

Responsibilities:

  • Manage/coordinate all office and business administrative requirements for both Toronto and Montreal locations,
  • Interface with building management, cleaners, etc as required
  • Interface with IT/suppliers on office technical matters including laptop/computer equipment maintenance, telephone system menu and settings changes, copiers and other leased equipment support
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Help with onboarding and offboarding staff
  • Coordinate teams to clean kitchen, take care of office plants.
  • Liaise with Senior management travelling to Canada, assist with travel plans (minimal)
  • Manage transportation, catering, space and equipment requirements for internal training sessions and office events
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient (written and oral) French and English
  • Intermediate level MS office Word, Teams and Excel
  • Power Point an asset Job requires being in the office full time
  • Travel to Montreal location (2-3 times per year, flexible)
