Language: Excellent written and spoken English required. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.

We’re looking for a smart, dependable, and proactive Office Coordinator to support a busy operations team in Toronto. Working on-site in a fast-paced transportation environment, youll play an important role in keeping the office organized, supporting senior leaders, and ensuring day-to-day administrative needs are handled efficiently.
You’ll work alongside approximately 80 employees across airport operations, security, emergency response, and corporate functions, while providing direct administrative support to a key manager and senior airport operations leader. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes initiative, anticipates what needs to happen next, and enjoys being the person a team can count on.
