Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Bilingual Campus Recruitment Associate based in Canada to lead early-career recruitment across the country. You will manage the full internship lifecycle in English and French, build strong university partnerships, and drive employer branding through campus events.

The role is remote within the GTA with travel to campuses for selected events. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR to shape talent strategies, monitor KPIs, and contribute to Canada-wide campus

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Experience in campus recruitment, university recruiting, or early talent programs is preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships with candidates, students, universities, and HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for intern positions across Canada, in both English and French.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth internship start.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student groups, faculty, and campus partners.
  • Design and implement Brand Ambassador programs to boost student engagement and employer visibility.
  • Organize career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, and campus events, including travel when required.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring a professional, inclusive experience.
  • Maintain ATS data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and demonstrate impact.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Campus Recruitment Associate based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of talent by leading early-career recruitment initiatives across Canada. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for intern positions, from sourcing and candidate assessment through onboarding. Working in both English and French, you will build meaningful relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and hiring teams. You will also strengthen employer branding through campus events and Brand Ambassador programs. The position combines recruitment, project management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will work in a collaborative environment with autonomy and opportunities to influence talent strategies. The role is remote within the GTA, with travel required for selected campus and in-person events.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for intern positions across Canada, supporting activities in both English and French.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to internship start.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student groups, faculty members, and other campus partners to strengthen talent pipelines and employer visibility.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve Brand Ambassador programs that increase student engagement and employer brand awareness.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, networking events, team activities, and virtual campus initiatives, including travel to campuses when required.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates while maintaining a professional, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.
  • Support broader Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment for bilingual French/English positions when needed.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure processes follow applicable requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve hiring outcomes and demonstrate the impact of campus recruitment initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally including campus recruitment, university recruiting, or early talent programs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, students, universities, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced, and agile environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, and social media tools used for sourcing and employer branding.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation.
  • Comfortable using recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and support data-informed decisions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), for campus events and team collaboration.
  • A proactive, candidate-focused approach with strong judgment, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
