As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, consultants, vendors, and business partners, the Office Administrator plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while providing broad operational support across the organization.
From managing front office operations and coordinating corporate events to supporting senior leadership and assisting with accounting administration, the Office Administrator serves as a key resource for employees across development, construction, finance, sales & marketing, and customer care.
Reporting to the Vice President, Operations, the Office Administrator will oversee office operations, support internal teams, and help deliver a consistently positive experience for employees and guests.
The ideal candidate is resourceful and service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and takes pride in being the person others can rely on to get things done.
