CentreCourt is seeking an Associate to join our development platform in a high-impact, performance-driven role designed for exceptional early-career talent. This position offers broad exposure to large-scale, mixed-use high-rise residential projects across the Greater Toronto Area and direct access to senior leadership from day one.
Associates work alongside CentreCourt’s Partners across the full development lifecycle – from acquisitions, zoning approvals and design coordination through sales and marketing, financing, construction, and final condominium closings or rental lease-up. The role provides meaningful involvement in both strategic decision-making and cross-functional execution across Acquisitions, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Development, Construction, and Customer Care.
This is a demanding role suited for intellectually curious, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by ownership and accountability. Associates are expected to think critically, operate with sound business judgment, and grow into leaders capable of making key business decisions independently and with full accountability.
Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of strong analytical experience, a top-tier academic background, and a genuine long-term interest in real estate development. We are looking for confident, self-directed individuals with an ownership mindset – people who take initiative, manage complexity, and contribute meaningfully to corporate outcomes while always maintaining a low ego mindset.
